Representing you at  Essex County Councillor, Marshall is also a Parish Councillor, he is a retired engineer who now serves aa a  trustee at the Grange Farm Centre, and also supports a local charity that supports underachieving Students get back into the world of work. Marshall also sits as a committee member on the Lee Valley Authority. He provides regular updates with matters such as highways, potholes, our libraries, street lighting and community initiatives. Marshall has lived in Buckhurst Hill for 35 years and attends our Committees here in Buckhurst Hill to report back on County matters and to provide us with information on outstanding issues for our residents which Essex County Council are dealing with.
