Sam Kane has lived and worked in Waltham Abbey for 33 years. The family business he runs with his wife Helen has been providing employment in the area for 30 of those years. Together with his wife, Sam is actively involved with community projects and initiatives in and around the town.

In 1998, Lee was elected for the London Borough of Redbridge Fairlop Ward and stepped down in 2006. During this time, he served as Cabinet Member for Communities and Planning ,Regeneration for three years.

Representing you at  Essex County Councillor, Marshall is also a Parish Councillor, He is a trustee at the Grange Farm Centre, and supports a local charity that supports underachieving Students get back into the world of work. Marshall also sits as a committee member on the Lee Valley Authority. He represents us on all Hiighways concerns, Potholes, libraries, Street lighting and community initiatives. he sits on several Scrutiny Committees at the county council Marshall also represents us on the Essex Parking Partnership.
